75 Healthy: My 75-Day Wellness Challenge

by Lex

If you’ve been on TikTok for more than five minutes, you’ve probably heard of 75 Hard. But I wanted to create something a little different—something that focused on the habits that actually matter to me and the kind of life I want to create.

So, I created my own 75 Healthy challenge.

For 75 days, I’m committing to a handful of daily and weekly habits designed to nourish my mind, body, and soul while helping me become more intentional with how I spend my time.

I purposefully chose goals that are meaningful but attainable for my everyday life. Now that I’ve committed to them, I’m determined to follow through.

What Is the 75 Healthy Challenge?

My 75 Healthy challenge is a 75-day wellness challenge built around six daily habits and a few longer-term goals.

Rather than focusing solely on physical health, I wanted my challenge to encompass the different areas of my life that contribute to my overall well-being.

For me, being healthy means taking care of my mind, body, and soul.

It means moving my body, drinking enough water, making time for things I enjoy, strengthening my faith, taking care of my routines, and being intentional with my time and money.

These are the habits I’m committing to for 75 days.

My Daily Healthy Habits

Morning Routine

I want my mornings to feel intentional instead of waking up and immediately getting sucked into my phone or jumping straight into work.

My morning routine gives me structure before the day really begins.

It includes:

  • Skincare and oral care
  • Getting dressed
  • Eating breakfast outside without my phone
  • Finishing getting ready for the day
  • Using my vibration plate
  • Bible study

There is something about taking my time in the morning that makes the entire day feel different. Instead of starting my day feeling rushed, I’m creating space to take care of myself and spend time with God before everything else starts demanding my attention.

Drink 100 Ounces of Water

My goal is to drink 100 ounces of water every day.

I’ve always known how important hydration is, but having a specific goal makes it much easier for me to stay accountable.

It’s a simple habit, but one that requires consistency—and that’s exactly what this challenge is about.

Get 10,000 Steps

I work from home, so getting enough movement throughout the day doesn’t always happen naturally.

That’s why 10,000 steps a day is one of my 75 Healthy goals.

This doesn’t mean I have to spend hours working out. It means being intentional about movement—taking a walk, getting outside, walking during breaks, or simply finding more opportunities to move throughout the day.

I want movement to become a normal part of my lifestyle rather than something I only do when I’m trying to reach a specific goal.

Make Time for a Hobby

This one is really important to me because I don’t want my life to revolve entirely around work and responsibilities.

Every day, I’m making time for something I genuinely enjoy.

That might be reading, baking, working on my blog, creating content, trying something new, or doing something simply because it makes me happy.

I think we sometimes forget that doing things purely because we enjoy them is part of being healthy, too.

Post Every Day

I’m also using these 75 days to be more consistent with my content on TikTok (@lovinglife_with_lex).

My goal is to post something every single day.

It doesn’t have to be perfect or elaborate. The point is to show up.

I’ve been working on growing my blog and creating more lifestyle content, and I know that consistency is going to take me much further than waiting until I feel inspired.

This challenge is giving me an opportunity to practice showing up for the things that matter to me.

Create a Nighttime Routine

Just like I want my mornings to have intention, I want my evenings to have a rhythm too.

My nighttime routine includes skincare, brushing my teeth, doing my “closing shift” around the house, picking out my outfit for the next day, taking my medication, and spending some time with my legs elevated.

My goal is to end the day feeling like everything is reset and ready for tomorrow.

Instead of staying up until I’m exhausted and then scrambling into bed, I want my nighttime routine to become a signal that the day is officially winding down.

My Longer-Term 75 Healthy Goals

I also wanted my 75 Healthy challenge to include a few goals that happen throughout the challenge rather than every single day.

Publish One Blog Post Every Monday

Every Monday, I’m committing to publishing a new blog post.

Since I’m building my blog and creating more content, I wanted to make writing a consistent part of my routine.

One post a week may not sound like much, but over 75 days, it adds up—and consistency is what I’m really trying to build.

Save $50 Every Wednesday

Every Wednesday, I’m putting $50 into my savings account.

I wanted 75 Healthy to extend beyond physical health because financial wellness is part of taking care of yourself, too.

Small, consistent choices can make a big difference over time.

No Clothes Shopping

For the entire 75 days, I’m also committing to not buying clothes.

This one might be harder than some of the others!

I have plenty of clothes, and I don’t need to constantly be buying something new. Taking a break from shopping gives me the opportunity to appreciate what I already have and be more intentional about what I actually bring into my life.

Nourishing My Mind, Body & Soul

At the heart of my 75 Healthy challenge is something bigger than simply checking off a list of habits.

I created this challenge to nourish my mind, body, and soul and to be intentional about the way I’m spending my days.

I want to nourish my body by moving it, staying hydrated, and creating routines that help me feel my best.

I want to nourish my mind by making time for hobbies, creating space away from my phone, and being intentional about how I start and end my day.

And I want to nourish my soul through Bible study, slowing down, and making time for the things that bring me joy and keep me connected to my faith.

To me, health is about so much more than food and exercise. It’s about taking care of the whole person.

Make 75 Healthy Your Own

One of the most important things about 75 Healthy is that I created it for my life.

I didn’t choose goals that sound impressive but aren’t realistic for my schedule. I chose meaningful habits that I know I can accomplish every day—as long as I don’t make excuses.

And now that I’ve committed to them, I’m determined to see this through.

But your 75 Healthy challenge doesn’t need to look exactly like mine.

In fact, I hope you make it your own.

Choose goals that are meaningful to you and attainable for your life.

Maybe 10,000 steps isn’t realistic for your schedule, but 7,000 is. Maybe you don’t want to post every day, but you want to read for 20 minutes. Maybe your morning routine looks completely different from mine.

That’s the beauty of creating your own wellness challenge.

You get to decide what becoming healthier looks like for you.

The key is to choose goals that challenge you while still being realistic enough that you can commit to them for 75 days.

Choose your habits. Make them meaningful. Make them attainable. And then show up.

Why I’m Doing 75 Healthy

I don’t want to spend the next 75 days chasing a number on a scale or trying to completely reinvent myself.

I want to become more disciplined about the things that make my life better.

I want to wake up with intention.

I want to move my body every day.

I want to drink enough water.

I want to make time for things I love.

I want to grow creatively.

I want to take better care of my home and myself.

I want to strengthen my relationship with God.

And I want to become more intentional with my time and money.

These aren’t habits I want to keep for 75 days and then abandon.

They’re habits I want to build into the life I’m creating.

It’s 75 days of intentionally choosing habits that nourish my mind, body, and soul—and proving to myself that I can commit to the things that matter to me.

Let’s see what 75 days of showing up can do.
